In-Store Demonstrations 2023

Over the coming months we will be hosting a number of demonstrations to help and inspire you. As always the demonstrators are open to questions and will offer advice on your woodworking projects. We will have Tea, Coffee and offer relaxed surroundings where you will meet like-minded people who wish to share information. We look forward to meeting you at one of our events. One Day Pyrography Course

  • Event: One Day Pyrography Course
  • Date & Time: Saturday 23rd September 2023 9.30am – 4.00pm
  • Details: This is a hands-on course and using a hot wire machine you will learn about tone, texturing, transferring patterns & adding colour to your work. You will have use of all our classroom equipment & pyrography machines. Timber, card, transfer paper, colours & all other materials required will also be provided. A light lunch & refreshments are included. Your tutor for the day will be Paula Gormley.

Saturday 16th September - Stick Making

  • Event: Stick Making with the Celtic Stickmakers Club
  • Date & Time: Saturday 16th September - 11am to 3pm
  • Details: Come along and meet Ian James for an amazing Stickmaking Demonstration. This is a great opportunity to learn about this fascinating country craft.
