Sharpening Demonstration in Association with Tormek
Thursday 27th June 2019 2pm – 8pm
Come join us on Thursday 27th June 2019 for a Free Sharpening event in association with Tormek. We all know woodworking is far more enjoyable with super sharp tools so if it is something you struggle with our demonstrators will be on hand to give you advice & tips. You are invited to bring along a tool you’d like sharpened - limited to two tools per person please.
Whether you already own one of the world renowned Tormek systems or are looking to purchase a sharpening set up this is the event for you. We’ll have all the Tormek models in action including the T8, T4 & Bushcraft & will be demonstrating the NEW diamond wheels along with all the latest handtool, woodturning jigs and bench grinder conversion kits.
There will be special offers across the Tormek range including a FREE rotating base with any Tormek machine purchased up until 31st July 2019. Weather permitting we’ll be treating all attendees to a BBQ under the Tormek tent from 6pm – 8pm. And as always free tea & coffee throughout the day!
Our Tormek Sharpening courses are now available to book under our courses section. Choose from either “Focus on Handtools” or “Focus on Woodturning Tools”. Both courses are limited to 5 students. Each student will enjoy 6hours individual tuition have use of their own machine & are encouraged to bring their own tools to sharpen. Refreshments & lunch are included. Course costs €110.00 but book before Monday 17thJune to get a 10% discount and a €15.00 Tormek Voucher when you complete the course. Making it an ideal Father’s Day gift.
