We will have live demos throughout the day in Woodturning, Pyrography (Woodburning), Scrollsawing & Finishing Techniques!
From Robert Sorby Tools, Brand ambassador Sam Abernethy will be giving product advice and demonstrating box turning among other small projects. The new Sorby Steady Pro & TRAC systems will be in action too!
Have you ever wanted to try your hand at woodburning? Pyrography artist & teacher Paula will be firing up the Peter Child Artist Machines to give you inspiration & the opportunity to sit & have a go!
Woodworker John Kane will be on the scroll saw showing us how to cut some simple & striking gifts in different woods.
To “finish” Noel will be on hand to give advice on selecting the best product for your project & will demonstrate different techniques including ebonising & gilding.
There are no set times for the demonstrations, they will run throughout the day. But if you’d like a mince pie we advise you get in early!
