We are glad to inform you The Carpentry Store is open normal hours again.
Please Wear A Mask or suitable face covering if you wish to visit the store.
A limit of Eight customers will be allowed in the main store at any time.
A maximum of THREE people can queue outside our store. Please wait at your car & NOT on the road if there are already three people queuing.
Your time in store will be limited to 15 minutes so come prepared with a list, browsing cannot be permitted at this time.
A hand sanitisation station is located inside the door and customers must use it both entering & leaving the store.
Social distancing must be strictly adhered to. Two meter zones have been marked both inside & outside the store - One person per zone!
Click & Collect & Phone Orders
The Click & Collect option on our website has now re-opened.
Orders can also be rang through to 045-883088 (for collection or delivery)
We encourage you, where possible to use these options to avoid delays and the need to queue.
Collections are to be made from the rear of our building at a dedicated zone. You will receive a phone call/email confirming your order is ready. Please DO NOT travel to the store until you receive this confirmation.
While we will endeavour to enable same day collection this may not be possible in some cases.

As you are probably aware they're are some delays with products arriving due to COVID-19 and Brexit. We are working with all our suppliers to reduce delays and we thank you again for your patience, co-operation.
If you need help with product selection you should email or phone in your request. You will receive a call back when a member of staff is available. We cannot give a set time on this at present.
While we appreciate that some of these measures may look uninviting but is necessary for all our health, safety & peace of mind. We will review & update them as necessary. You can still expect familiar faces & a warm welcome at The Carpentry Store.
