Noel Fay Senior setup the first Fay business in 1977. Noel recently retired from the business after almost 30 years at the helm. Patrick and Noel (Jnr) Fay are joint Managing Directors. Noel takes responsibility for productions at the factory and store, whilst Patrick heads up sales and marketing and customer service.

Andrew Murphy is responsible for counter sales and the day to day running of the store.

David Hussey is responsible for the stores, stock, goods inwards and outwards.
